There is a very nice baby formula "Nutramigine" and it has worked wonders for our infany baby. However, its twice as costly as regular formulas and my insurance said that they will pay me fully if the Dr. prescribes it to my baby.
However the doctor doesnt want to, saying that my baby should be ok with any other formula as well.
Is there a way I can force the Dr to prescribe it to my baby? The other formulas are causing lot of colic/discomfort to our baby. Nutramigine suits are very fine.
I want to sue the Dr for not being understanding enough and causing us and our baby all this trouble.

My 12 year old son has been suffering from the above for about 4 days now.He is generally healthy and well, except for this. They come and go on and off all day. When he gets the cramps they are around his abdominal area and about ten mins after they start he needs to go to the loo immediately and the diarhorrea runs out of him. As soon as he has been to toilet he is fine, but it has been happening 3 or 4 times a day. Any one any idea what this might be. I am taking him to docs on Monday about it but should i be worried about it.

Stalin- 20 mil dead. Mao, as many as 100 mil., but we may never know the truth. Conservative estimates put his score card at 30 mil. Historians have discovered that while Mao was starving his citizens to death, he encouraged cannibalism as a way to support the state and to rid the townships of religious practitioners. Hitler may have been raised Catholic, but he referred to himself as “a complete pagan”, and his Nazism was rooted in Atheism just as Communism, Marxism and Fascism was. To deny the connection is to be dishonest about the facts. In the past 100 years, Atheism has been the root of more human suffering than any other modern belief. The witch burnings of Europe killed as many as 100 thousand. Salem witch trials killed 16. Linguistic arguments to support an answer is no substitute for facts. Look at the numbers, Atheism has been at the root of over 100 mil dead in the past 100 years; less than 5 mil world wide attributable to religions.

I am not religious, just factual.

I'm looking for some more country music to listen to. Lately I've gotten into SHeDAISY. I like their harmony and how most of their good songs are upbeat. The Dixie Chicks, who I don't like as much, sound moodier and darker. The Wreckers are just OK. What female country groups or solo artists do you think I might like?

The other day in the mail we recieved an invitation to his cousins wedding reception (this is his mom's sisters daughter and there are only three cousins on that side) telling where it would be and a note as to where they are registered but no invitation to the wedding. I asked where the wedding was and it is in the same town as the reception (20 mi. away). Since we were not invited to the wedding I do not feel that we are required to go to the reception (even though they grew up together) or bring a gift. I guess I have hurt feelings about not being invited to the wedding. Does she have the right to be offended if we don't go and do not get them anything?

It's not as if they are depriving you anything. They don't get housing benefit or jobseekers allowance. They get treated like crap and work for the lowest wages, and yet people still despise them. Where exactly is the logic behind this?
