Motherhood
(From The Baby's Perspective)
I left Heaven and went swimming,
In the depths of another soul.
I was wrapped within my own little world,
with no understanding of what would unfold.
I was concieved out of Love,
And Lovely was the voice she spoke with.
Eventhough I was in the womb,
Her voice was like a kiss, no,
A song, no
I have no words.
Yet it was like being on a lake in the morning,
And waking to the call of one bird.
Not just any bird,
But one of splendor and of grace.
And before I could finish the dream,
The water was gone,
I took a breath,
And I saw your Beautiful face.
And I've loved you ever since.
With every part of me that's apart of YOU!
Happy Mother's Day, Ma.
Welcome to Motherhood.
