i have a general POA for my husband who is deployed. i am trying to sign an application for free complimentary $2,000 ADD coverage through our credit union. the CU is saying that they can't accept a POA. i have the legal aid office checking on this, but i won't get anywhere until at the earliest, monday.
any thoughts on the legality of this?

This lady keeps visiting me and she is a very sweet lady and brings The Watchtower for me to read. I read them and I agree with whats in them. I know there has to be something very different from your releigon than mine(Baptist,saved sinner)Can you please tell me what it is and why I am being told to run her off and tell her not to come back. I can't be mean to someone who has shown nothing but kindness. If I choose to not want her around what would be the best way to not offend her. hi im 8 weeks pregnant and feel like crap!!! i know this is normal but wondering if u have any advice. im so tired all the time, an constantly feel sick from the mo i wake up til i fall asleep,i cant stop sleeping and find it hard to concentrate. im wondering what are the best vitamins to take whilst pregnant. so far im taking folic acid. also ive hard the worst tooth ache for a few days, im goin to the detist soon(im so scared of the dentist) but would like to know how i can get some more calcium in my body(can i get calcium tablets) thank you all for ur answers. x

I put a wireless card in a laptop at work and am trying to connect it to the network. The router ignores it because of an encryption key missmatch "Possible encryption key missmatch between interface and station" Other computers can get on fine. This computer can also use the network if it's hardwired. I can't ping or see anything when i use wireless. So no internet no network. I've also re-entered our wep many times to make sure it was correct. Any suggestions?

I purchased a large Jazzy 1170xl power wheel chair on ebay, but the seller is not able to arrange shipping. I need some idea or ideas about who could go to a residence and pick up this item and ship it. Item would not be palletized or boxed at the pick up site since it is a used chair. I have a 99 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. It has the factory radio and cd player. Last night it was really humid outside, and my radio/clock display got so dim I couldnt even see the time or the radio stations. Today, it is still horribly dim, so dim it looks like the car isnt even on.

Anyone know why this would happen? Its very annoying.

Basically we are in a deep discussion about basic economics. We all work for the same company. Lets say our company gives a 3% raise annually but the rate of inflation is 4.5%. Are the employees falling behind more and more every year or is this an illusion? Hopefully some economics major will jump in here!

Credit Question; score update?
I am taking the advice of a lender and paying off a bill that is 2 years old. I am trying to increase my scores. Lender said the credit score will decrease prior to increasing. WHAT!?!??! Can anyone help me understand what is meant by this? When will the score increase?

(I know very little about credit ratings, other then I have a good one. Which mean my interests rates are lower then most peoples. I do think that it sounds strange you credit would drop when you pay off an old debt. That is just my opinion)

Common on folks, please help her out.

After Henry VIII died, his son was king Edward the VIth, then when HE died, the throne should have gone to Queen Mary I, which it did after 9 days.

For those 9 days, though, Mary's cousin was queen, why is she referred in the history books as "Lady"? If there should ever be a queen in her own right named Jane, would she be styled Queen Jane II??

Hi, Please dont yell at me. I am 17 weks pregnany with my first. I took prenatals religiously for the first three months, I began to throw them really bad towards the end so my doc told me to take 2 flintstones a day instead. I have been doing this for the past month but not taking folic acid, should I be? I have a doc's appointment next week, but I checked on the internet and ther is such conflicting evidence, I also eat apples and salad everyday which has a lot of folic acid, plus what is in the flintstone. Should I just go to the drugstore and get some? Please dont tell me Im a bad mom!

I'm super new to this. I sell light weight stuff like earrings and bracelets, but i also sell heavy things like wooden Swings and hammocks. Frankly, I always thought that the people who are against it, were at least HOPEFUL that it would work . But another user has brought it to my attention that she is determined that it will fail .
I don't 'get' that . She says things like, "Just wait until September, and WHEN it fails, blah, blah, blah "

Regardless of your opinion on the war. . .. Don't you HOPE that it works ? Cause if it doesn't, then that means a whole bunch more of our good men and women are gonna die . And die for what. . . Americans like that girl I described saying they're gonna fail anyway ?

BTW, what do you think of an attitude like that ?
