IN GENESIS there are two contradictory stories of creation. In Genesis 1:20 & 21, "every living creature" is brought forth from the waters, including every winged fowl." But in 2:19 God brings forth "every beast of the field and every fowl of the air" from dry ground.
In Genesis 1:2, earth comes into existence on the first day, completely underwater. Only by the 3rd day were waters of the deep collected, and dry land formed. But in Genesis 2:4, 5, & 6, earth on the first day was dry land, unwatered.
The first story has trees made on the 3rd day and man formed 3 days later (1:12-13 and 26-31). In the second version man was made before trees (2:7, 9). If chapter 1 is true, then fowls were created before man. If chapter 2 is true, then they were created after man.
Version one teaches man was created after all beasts. The second is clear, Adam was created before beasts. (1:25,27 versus 2:7,19). If the Bible is Infallible which version is correct and why the need for two stories?

I heard That Ashlee Simpson may break up Fall Out Boy.They(Fall Out Boy) were supposed to start their tour last month but Pete delayed it because "personal reasons " but he really wanted to be with Ashlee.They rescheduled to start their tour today and What do you know little Miss Ashlee Simpson wants to Join!!!! The rest of Fall Out Boy(Patrick,Joe,and Andy) don't want Ashlee on tour with them.I wonder if they have a say in that situation but anyways I want to know what you think about this situation about Fall Out Boy and Ashlee Simpson!!! Do you think Ashlee Simpson is going to make Fall Out Boy break-up in the future?????

I am an inventor and I'm developing a business plan for the purpose of developing and marketing a high performance electric motor that does not use gasoline at all. In theory, it can reproduce the same level of performance as a gasoline motor. The idea is to produce the motors, and sell them to distributors. The distributors (local automovtive repair facilities), in turn, sell and install the motors to the end-user. Who would be up for that?

Okay. I really, really like this guy, Spencer. And I am not sure if he feels the same way....so...I want to talk to him badly, but I don't know what to say...actually, that is kind of a lie. I just feel a bit out of place talking to him since he is always around his friends....Well, we are done with school in a week, and I am probably not going to see him again unless we end up at the same university (and we all know how 1 in a 1,000,000,000 that is....)

But I want to so SOMETHING this week. I wouldn't mind seeing him over the summer. He isn't on facebook or anything. He IS on youtube, but idk....

What should I do?

I don't want to silently sit here and let a chance go by....

I've asked this question randomly of Christians before. A reasonable percentage of them are familiar with the divine name and do use it to one extent or another in their worship. Some will make an issue about form, i.e., "Yahweh," etc., instead of "Jehovah," but it's not the exclusive domain of the JWs. Many of them think they are the only ones who use it and think that justifies their belief system. So the question here, for the sake of showing them "the truth," is: does your religion ever use the name "Jehovah?"

my ex's friend was very disrespectful to him.

For instance, we were all together and the friends stares at my butt and makes some noises like "um um". I look at my boyfriend and see his eyes getting really big. You could tell he was angry, but he didn't say anything.

Another time the friend just freaks out and decides he's gonna be mad at him. He stops talking to him. They live in a dorm room. Everytime my guy comes home, his friend blares Tupac, "I have no m fing friend, f you *****".

what in the world? Why would a guy put up with this?
I can't stand his friend. He was always causing trouble.

Ok, my hubby has been sleeping with the fan on us at night and it has made my sinuses go crazy. Well this morning I woke up and my chest felt really congested, my nose holes (where the sinuses drain) are sore and my nose is JACKED! When I cough, mucus comes up from my chest, but it's really bad in the morning and my chest hurts some as well as the very bottom of my throat, not like a soar throat, but a congested feeling right above my sternum. I do not have health insurance and can't afford to see a doctor. Give me a diagnosis and any home remedies would be GREAT! I drink tons of water on a daily basis and I work out at the gym 5x a week, so I'm getting the water and exercise. I also take a multi-vitamin and Vitamin C daily. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

two nights ago i dreamt i was about to jump off a skyscraper but when i stepped off a friend grabbed me and pulled me to safety then i woke up last night i dreamt i was sitting on my bedroom floor crying when i looked in the mirror i was holding a gun 2 my head when the trigger was being pulled and the same friend rushed into my room the gun disapeared and he started hugging me why does the same friend save me in both dreams and why am i trying to commit suicide in both?

Right i Got right F***cked Up comp ok got some right weird viruses. my brother plays video games like I do. But the major differance is he throws tantrums over it (he is 22) saying that its bs and the game is cheating and just making excuses for loosing. It gets extremely annoying as I have no problem with the game and know its not faulty in any way. What is the deal with these tantrums he throws whenever he looses.
