Right i Got right F***cked Up comp ok got some right weird viruses. Tryed differant methods of removing them But when I open something to remove them it just goes all grey and just have to shutdown i want to reinstall like Total from new but have no disc as it is a laptop that came automaticly installed?

Check in my computer if you have a partition or another HD like drive D, that maybe it is the restoration disks. also check when the computer boots up if you can press F11 to start the restoration process.

You need to contact the manufacturer for the Windows XP disk. You probably should have made your on disk while the computer was new. Unfortunately, they don't tell you these things. Any way try and they will probably ship the disk, although you will have to pay for it. Usually about $20. (E machines) I just read the response's from others and they are wrong about computer companies sending the installation, restore and drivers disk with new computers. At one time this was true but not anymore. There is a program that comes with new computers and you must make your own. Good luck.

No, you need a disk and a valid Windows key to install it.
Is there a sticker on the laptop anywhere with a Windows key? Probably on the bottom. If there is, there is a valid licensed attached to it. You can use any Windows disk and just use the code on the sticker.

Did you buy it brand new? If so you have the disc, check the paper work. Companies that install the software always include the disc. It should be in your computer manual package.
