my brother plays video games like I do. But the major differance is he throws tantrums over it (he is 22) saying that its bs and the game is cheating and just making excuses for loosing. It gets extremely annoying as I have no problem with the game and know its not faulty in any way. What is the deal with these tantrums he throws whenever he looses.

they are anger tantrums and the game isnt cheating or faulty. He does this about almost every game he isnt very good at.

Lots of young mens do this and to them it is not considered tantum fits or nothing. He is just expressing himself until he conquers the game.think about it when he wins he will still have an outburst and say out loud-------------YEAH.

depends. the game might truely be bent, try getting him to play a simple game like (wheel of fortune or some sort of game that is impossible to cheat) if the tantrums continue then there MAY be a little bit of an anger issue.

It doesn't sound normal to me. If he's throwing real tantrums and not 'mock' tantrums I would wonder about something being a bit off.... Is he in college? Is anything else stressing him out?

he's just like me! whenever I lose, I get really upset because the game "cheated"... it's normal, annoying but normal

maybe hes a sore loser or he has a phsycological problem. tell him to see a doctor, the video games may be giving him a rare condition.
