I'm trying to burn fat in my hips, butt and thighs. I guess you can say i'm a classic pear shape. You can see my ribs but my lower half is chunky.

I am 25 years old. I'm 5'0" and I weigh 106lbs. My waist is 23.5" and my thighs are 22", my hips are wide too at 38". I can't seem to lose weight there.

I do 1hr on the elliptical 5 days a week and eat a healthy balanced diet no more than 1300cal per day. Ive been doing this routine for about 3 weeks now and all i've done is gain a ton of muscle in my thighs, which were already muscluar to begin with. I'd appreciate any advice that you can give me.

Hi guys. I'm naturally very slim, but my belly has always stuck out more than my chest, sometimes by an inch or more. This was true even when I weighed 130 lbs at 5'11". How do I fix it? It makes me look like a slob. It's like a milder form of the pot bellies you see in starving African kids.

Right now I'm guessing I either have a sunken chest or weak core abdominal muscles that would normally "hold in" my stomach, or both. Weak core muscles are probably also causing me to have an exaggerated "lordotic" curve (the lowest curve of the spine) making my butt and my belly stick out and giving me bad posture. I've been doing bicycle crunches and some basic "core" building exercises (like lying on my back and lifting my pelvis and holding it there) for a month now, and I don't see any noticeable improvement.

Do I need to build up my chest to Mr. Olympia proportions to simply look as good as a regular slim guy who's never worked out a day in his life when I have a shirt on?

I am an Irish catholic and would like to leave the catholic church officially once my nan has passed on. I am by no means practicing but would like to formal lodge my complaint and my name removed from the institution and all it represents. Can This been done by official means? i know to join you go through baptism and your name registered in the church. i'd like to have mine removed. Can this be done?

I moved in with my gf, who has three kids that arent mine. Should I pay 50% of everything, rent, food, utilities, etc, or should I get a break, and if so how much would be fair? She gets child support and food stamps and tanf, and the rent goes to her mother, who hates me. Im more than happy to pay a quarter, since i do live there and use her things, but I dont see paying half, especially since she will see much of that back again one way or the other.
