i have a docs appointment tomorrow but i was curious if anyone knew what they were, about 2 inches away from my groin (down my leg) i have a purple spot come up i have one on my right leg and two on my left leg, i have had them about 2 weeks but yesterday they turned purple any ideas? im 26 weeks prregnant and have not had sex since i got pregnant so i dont think its an sti

i also have a flu like symptoms if that helps but this is probaly just a cold!

i dont think they are bruises or stretch marks as they are actual spots not patches!!

Maybe a small bruise/burst blood vessels? have you been doing any heavy lifting?

Definitely talk to your doctor about these flu symptoms as well--make sure that's what it is and not something else (I am not referring to any stds or anything). Good luck and congrats on the pregnancy!!

these may be ruptured capillaries. sometime blood gets thin during prenancy. The doc can help here.

dear it could be an std some sit dormant for a few weeks to a few months don't rule them out. they sound like broken vessels please call your doctor about them

think they maybe start of stretch marks.
