To a divine mysticality who occasionally makes people feel/see things they have seen again, I say NO.

But to a Universal Divine Principle, the root of ALL, from which all proceeds, and within which all shall be absorbed at the end of the great cycle of Being. Yes.

I experience it all the time. I am a born-again christian and I often wonder what is God's purpose with this. Maybe it's his way of telling us we're on the right track. I always have a sense of peace after I experience it ... but who knows. So many questions when we get to heaven...

It is the result of priming in the mind.

Actual memories combined with primed thoughts give the illusion of experiencing something twice when it happens.
