Often when I exercise, I feel a little ill aftyre, when at home I drink water whenever I'm thirsty during exercise, but at school we aren't aloud to do this, is that what's making me nauseous?
Also, today , I did 15 minutes of medium - high impact aerobics, but my heart rate was still high after 45 minutes - an hour! It's usually about 60-70 beats a minute, it was about 100-140 for about an hour.
Is this a good or bad thing?
