Often when I exercise, I feel a little ill aftyre, when at home I drink water whenever I'm thirsty during exercise, but at school we aren't aloud to do this, is that what's making me nauseous?

Also, today , I did 15 minutes of medium - high impact aerobics, but my heart rate was still high after 45 minutes - an hour! It's usually about 60-70 beats a minute, it was about 100-140 for about an hour.
Is this a good or bad thing?

The numbers are not informative, as 100-140 is a wide range, but if your normal pulse rate is 60-70, then even 100 is high if it persists for an hour after the exercise stops, and 140 is cause for concern.

If you were unused to exercise, this might not be unexpected after a strenuous workout, but if you are young (and I presume your being in school means that, although it may not be so), then this sounds like a breathing concern.

Usually the pulse will stay up as the body pumps more blood through the lungs to get more oxygen in order to restore the muscle needs, and nauseousness almost certainly follows for the same reason: insufficient oxygen. This is important, and it should be checked out. Do it sooner, instead of later

Do you have someone at the school, such as a nurse or physical trainer who could check and/or monitor you before, during and after an exercise session?

If not, you should see a doctor and discuss your personal condition and concerns. Given what you described, I expect the doctor will arrange a stress test for you.
