My husband and i got married 5 months ago and he left me for no reason last week. he says it's him and that I am the perfect wife. He rented an apartment this weekend with a 1 yr lease. I have asked him to come back home, but he will not. We are going to marriage counseling and going seperatly as well, though he didn't want to. We are in our 30's and have 3 kids together(from seperate marriages). He say's he has never lived his life on his own, that people have always helped him and that he wants to see how it feels to be 100% resposible for himself and his daughter. If eel abandoned and left me not asking for anything at all from the house. He is torn he says he would like to date me as a friend and maybe sees where it would go, and that's once a week and counseling once a week, but the other time he wants to be alone to do what he wants. I am not going to give up on this until there is no hope. He says he's pulled in both direction, he doesn't know if he wants to try or not. Help?

Do you all think this is rightfully a crime? I mean, do they really expect people (although some do) to turn in their own relatives? A search warrant to search their house is fine. But to charge them with a crime? Are they unfairly "making" people commit crimes? What do you think?

I'm curious if anyone out there actually believes in the whole myth about Noah's Ark and if so, how do deal with the fact that an entire species cannot come from just a single male and female? Do you just ignore that fact so you don't have to admit there might be some b.s. in the bible?

It has been going on for 4 years and I have never been able to catch her. He knows that she takes the money but we can never catch her. I have spoke to her about it but she just says she didn't do it. Sometimes it's as small as $3.00 to one time it was my whole pay check. I hide my purse everytime she comes over. About the only time she can find it is when I lock it in my car trunk. She hit it last Sunday when we had dinner for everyone at my home, I was so busy I forgot to put my purse away. I am to a point where I do not want her in my home ever again, But I am seeing her father and he wants to see the grandkids!

My boyfriend has a collection agency calling him at least 3 times a day. I know in our state (PA) it is harassment to call constantly to annoy the person. They also leave messages that don't say who they are just "a person at this number has a buisness matter to attend to please call ***-***-****." I have heard that they must identify themselves when they call. Is that true? If he had the money he would pay this debt off. Its 6 years old, wont it become uncollectable soon?

LONDON (Reuters) - A British man who went on a wild spending spree after doctors said he only had a short time to live wants compensation because the diagnosis was wrong and he is now healthy -- but broke.

John Brandrick, 62, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer two years ago and told that he would probably die within a year.

He quit his job, sold or gave away nearly all his possessions, stopped paying his mortgage and spent his savings dining out and going on holiday.

Brandrick was left with little more than the black suit, white shirt and red tie that he had planned to be buried in when it emerged a year later that his suspected "tumor" was no more than a non-life threatening inflammation of the pancreas.

"When they tell you you've got a limited time and everything, you do enjoy life," Brandrick, from Cornwall in the west of England, told Sky television.

"I'm really pleased that I've got a second chance in life... but if you haven't got no money after all this, which is my fault -- I spent it all -- they should pay something back."

If he can't get compensation, he is considering selling his house or suing the hospital that diagnosed him. The hospital has said that while it sympathizes with Brandrick, a review of his case showed no different diagnosis would have been made.
