2-aminopropanioc acid

The carbon chain is 3 long so it is propane. For carboxcylic acids, you change the final -e and replace it with -ioc acid. And since the -NH2 group (amine changes to amino) is coming off of the second carbon.

The fuctional groups are amine and carboxcylic acid.
