I am referring to how the current administration, just like in George Orwell's novel, 1984, is using the threat of terrorism to try and scare us into submission. The Bush administration has adopted an "If you're not with us, you're against us" mentality. It is using the smokescreen of "national security" to justify its constant attempts to rewrite the constitution and take away our civil rights, much like the policies of the government and its Thought Police from George Orwell's novel. If you doubt that there is any validity to what I am saying, just listen to Elisabeth Hasselbeck's reasons for supporting President Bush and his administration. Elisabeth Hasselbeck, and so many other people like her have already become psychologically enslaved by Big Brother Bush and his army of Thought Police Republicans. Am I the only that has noticed this?

if we built several hundred we would ensure our own energy needs, and have a massive surplus to sell to europe and beyond, we would just need to ensure no messy spills or meltdowns. We could choose one place like say essex and built a thousand all close to each other, so the techs can be on hand instead of spread all over the place

My husband and I spent the weekend with his parents, and he went off to work already, but I am still here... Last night about 2am the power went off, and so all of the alarm clocks in the house are not set to alarm anymore... His mother is a teacher, and she needs to be up early (I just don't know when, exactly!!) It's almost 6am, and I know I've been over here before around 6:30 am and she's already left for work. Should I risk going in and waking her up and explaining about the alarm clocks? Or maybe she woke up in the middle of the night and seen it and corrected the problem? Then maybe she'll be mad at me for waking her too early! lol. What do I do??

Lets see in western countires...

Girls can where say a tight t shirt and combats. So can guys... pretty normal.

Guys in islamic countires can.... can girls do the same? no its head scarf and burka.


In the west girls can have a social life, hang out with the girls, have their own life, meet who they like etc


In islamic countires the guys can do all that...


Can the girls in islamic sharia law countires?

No


Its must have father, brother or husband cahparone... note that list does not include boyfriend.


A guy can say i divorce you a few times and by by wife... can girls in islamic culture?


A guy can have four wives...mcan a gilr have four husbands?

In the west most are in couples but if a group wanted to hang out together people would be cool.

Also public affection like holding hands, hugging, necking, sleeping in each others arms?

Common site in islamic countires with single unmarried couples especailly teenagers as well as married? no

I planted various flowers in a seed starter thing about a week ago. Is it normal not to see any growth? I planted Asters, Cosmos, snap dragons, morning glories, & forget me nots. I also planted some thyme & lavender. I know very little about gardening.

Recently 4 people in my company were promoted. 3 of out the 4 people promoted were all related to each other. One in particular has been with this company 7 years, 1/2 the time I have been here, and he has been promoted 3 times.I have never been promoted to anything and I have been here nearly 15 years. My company never posts these opportunities and it seems like it is always the same people that get promoted, more money, etc. I have a college degree in management but I am never considered. Is there anything illegal about what is going on here? Can I take any legal action?

i am very sure everyone is aware of newtons law action and reaction are equal but opposite in direction, so i have always found it very difficult to understand how does this work in space where there is nothing to act against. i.e you cannot swim in space and in one of the startrek episodes i saw they come accross a creature like whales that propell themselves as they are swiming, absurd!. But can anyone please solve this for me thankyou.
So back to the question how does jet propusion work in space.

Have you ever had one of those horrible days, where you were trying to park,in a space,and you were backing into the space..(as there was a space in front of you,and a space behind you),and you were trying to back into the space behind you, so as to get into that first space, when here comes a person who never bothers to look and just zooms right on into that space that you were trying to park into!! (and get this, when you tell him this,and that you could have easily crashed, he replies right back at you"that was a great spot, you have to admit!! Right!?!!" and wears this insanely happy grin on his (*&&^%) little face!!!(which in truth , you would actually love to smack it right off of him!!!!)as he walks on ahead of you! He has NO regards for the possible dangers that he put both of you in!...sad isn't it??!!!???

and what about you all, anything like this episode happen to anybody here?(this happened to me,and my hubby, this year, after Christmas!)
