I think you'll fail the assignment.
The way you pose these questions it is clear that you have already made up your mind about the subject and that any answers to the contrary are not of much interest to you.

Thumbs Up Ron. Now that you have the answers from Ron S, here are a few questions you could answer for me:
1. Why should you ask someone why one likes being what one is?
2. Why is the society so uptight about issues regarding people's sexual orientation?
3. What makes you think that being gay and lesbian is not normal, a fact? Do you have proof to support this supposition?
4. What's your take on professional wrestling?
5. What makes you think only opposite genders can understand each other?
6. If gay and lesbian people were allowed legally recognized marriage, how will it affect any heterosexual relationship?
7. How many religions are there in the world?
8. Refer to question 3. Please write a million word essay on what normality is.

1) Because its the way God made me.
2) Depends. Some do, some don't.
3) Whereas everyone else is normal? I don't believe in such a thing
4) Its natural for me.
5) Because generally someone the same gender, and same sexual orientation, they know what its like. Think straight guy friends and straight girl friends.
6) marriage is legal here in my country, and the country I want to move to.
7) There's many different religions. Fundamentalists tend to think it is, while there are other religions that see it as perfectly normal.
8) At first I did because of the stigma I got. But then I felt really comfortable with myself and now love myself the way I am.
That all? Great!

Sure I will answer your questions & good luck with your assignment. :)
1. Because it's part of me, something I can't change, and I wouldn't anyway. I like to think it makes me, me.
2. I believe that society will when they realize that we mean no harm, aren't really too different from them, and realize that we aren't the bad guys they try to play us off as.
3. Well if we aren't a "normal behavior" why are there so many of us? I don't behave like anyone else, I behave like me, and I again wouldn't change being gay to be "accepted" by society as a straight person.
4. I feel the are difficult, there are plenty of stigmas that are attached. Society and family pressures don't help anyone with their relationships. So they can be difficult, regardless if you push through, and ignore what other people think you can have a wonderful relationship.
5. They understand what it's like to be discriminated against for being themselves.
6. Yes, because one day I will be married to my boyfriend.
7. No I feel that Christianity's Bible is "inspired by God" and has so many translations, that I feel that writers/interpreters have put their own creative spin on things. I don't feel it's fair that the Bible is ALWAYS used against us, but "love thy neighbor as thyself" isn't really stressed.
8. I was born that way and absolutely not. I wouldn't trade my boyfriend in for a girlfriend anyday. Love is love and I was put on this earth to be a gay man and the day I die I will die being a gay man.

I'd be happy to:
1: It's not a question of "like" or "dislike" it just is. That's like asking if I like being left-handed. I just am.
2: Society learned to accept left-handed people and by and large people of color. So, yeah...eventually. But for now, I'm just me and expect to be judged on the content of my character...not who I sleep with.
3: "Not normal" to whom? To straights, sure, but not for us gays and lesbians...it's perfectly NORMAL. "Normal" is a very subjective term.
4: They're relations. What's your point?
5: What does that have to do with being gay or lesbian? I think you're assuming quite a bit there.
6: Huh? I was legally married to a man once, but only because I thought by doing so I was doing what was expected of me and that somehow it would magically "cure" me of being gay....but you know what? It doesn't work like that.
7: "The Religion?" as if there's only one? Again, you're assuming more than you can chew!
8: I AM NORMAL...what part of that don't you understand?

Your questions are biased. and very badly at that.
Question 3 for instance: what makes you think that gay lesbian is "not normal" /??
I hope you get a failing grade, in life as well as school.

When conducting an interview your objective should really be to have no bias. I'm pretty sure the outcome of you interview will be pretty skewed do to the direction you are obviously already leaning. So, I probably won't waste my time answering your questions.
