Portobello Burgers


4 large Portobello mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, sliced into very thin slivers
1 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried, (optional)
1 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried, (optional )
1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Preheat broiler or grill.

2. Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Remove stems. With paring knife, make slits in tops of caps. Stuff slivers of garlic and herbs (if using) into slits.

3. In small bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Brush mushrooms with oil mixture. Place mushrooms, cap-side down, on pan and broil or grill until soft and brown, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Makes 4 servings.

Did not receive cost of living increase from employer-over one month late. Healthcare benefits have been overlooked and after 2 years still no insurance. Employer will not give a letter to release me for another company to hire, never had a "non compete" clause or contract-cannot get this job I need. i feed her the nutritional cat food and a couple of the babies are looking really pale as with the others they are looking really pink and heathy but i am sure they arent get ing enough milk the queen refuses to eat and drink any thing other than a tiny bit of milk ,... has this happened to any of you ... please help!!

I talk to this female 3 or 4 times a week on the phone and we met outside just once. off late she has been acting that she is busy and she is not returning my calls. I told her that she is important to me and asked if I am important to her. She said she talks to me because I am sensible and there is nothing more to this. I somehow feel that she is interested in me. Does it make sense if I still go behind this girl? I know that females use the friend technique to push off males they dont find attractive. I have 3 silver dollar fish and 1 plecko. Tank is in bright room, but NOT in direct sunlight. I changed the filter, but it doesn't help. Is it algae? Pet store suggested covering tank with a blanket until it is clear....
