You can't if the police decide to send you notice. I have been rather lucky on a number of occasions - marginally over the 30 limit and below 80 in a 70 limit.

I read an article in a news paper about a reporter for a car magazine who went around in a foreign car for so long to test if he could get caught in certain penalty situations and the general answer seemed to be that having a car with an overseas number plate was to much trouble to trace so he got away with it.

PS. not sure what the best Foreign number pate to have perhaps a non European

Admit it was your car but deny driving it. The owner of the car (which I presume is you) is then compelled to name the driver. Give the name of a relative in another country (eg USA, Australia, France). Check which don't have reciprocal agreements with your country. Also clear it with your relative first as they will get a note in the mail but won't be compelled to pay nor will they get points....

Tell the court is was the other person who looks like you, and drives the same model, same colour car as you, with the same plate number. That works all the time! LOLOL!!

When the ticket comes through the door bin it! Its not recorded delivery so they cant proove you ever got it. They cant follow up every one so you have a 50/50 chance of getting off. Not that i have ever done this !!!!!!!
