As big or small as it needs to be. I compare my life to a river.. Flows along smoothly for a time, then there are the rapids and the narrows and finally some quiet pools and eddies. Rather wonderful, all of it.

Depends on how much self-induced anonymity one can pack into "Big". It's been my experience that the "bigger" one's life is, the bigger their head. I can finish college, go out into the world and do all the wonderful things those with "big" lives do, and do it better and with total anonymity. I like to be "big" in very anonymous ways. Vanity just spoils it for everyone.

Truthfully, my life has been "huge."
I started out by marrying a fantastic woman. I went on to fulfill my dreams as a musician, scholar and writer.
We fulfilled 99% of our fantasies.
We've paddled into the heart of the great northern wilderness and experienced the unspoiled beauty of nature.
We've made our life's fortune and are now basically retired, living the good life as intensely as we can.
It's been a heckuva ride thus far....
