Ok some people have been telling me im fine, others that i need to start losing weight. i am 14, 5'4'', a waist of 32'' (measured right above the belly button) i wiegh 114lbs and a body fat percent of 23%. i always eat junk right before bed, and i hurt my knee so i have not been getting much exercise at all since last summer. i dont think i am going to start sprots again though.plz some one give me advice!

My house has a Windows PC and Mac mini that both connect to my Linksys WRT54G wireless router. When I'm at home on the network, I can connect to any of the computers using Chicken of the VNC on my own Mac. When I'm away from home I want to be able to remotely fix any problems with the computers because explaining it over the phone is usually too tough. I think this involves DNS updating (so I don't need to memorize IP address), setting fixed IP addresses for the computers so that I always know which one I am connecting to, setting different ports for each one for creating an SSH tunnel (I don't know how to do that), and setting up VNC server programs on each host computer. Any help is appreciated—thank you very much!

I have a 300 gallon tank that was originally used as a salt water tank. I was planning on using it as a cichlid tank with some tiger oscars and convicts. There is an overflow and a sump. I have heard of using sumps or a "refugium" in freshwater tanks as a biological filter and also to add oxygen to the water. I was wondering if this would be an effective method. I can just as easily not fill the tank up all the way and not use the overflow. I have a couple of canister filters and an emperor 4000 biological filter. What would be the best setup for this "refugium" to benefit my tank, or is it even worth the trouble? Should I just stick to the normal setup without the overflow? I have not setup this tank yet, but I wanted to look into this before I decided how it was to be setup.

It was a baby phat purse. I was sitting next to a lady for a few minutes and then she got up and moved to another part of the train. She accidentally left her purse and when I got off the train, I took it and it had about $30 and some pictures in it. Nothing really valuable like credit cards or a cell phone or anything, but I'm pretty sure she is upset right about now. Am I wrong? I am really broke and the job situation isn't going too well for me, but I guess that's my problem and I shouldn't take it out on other people. Well I already spent half the money, and I have the purse with me at home and I don't have any idea who the woman is or anything. What would you have done????????

I honestly think Im so ugly, I get told Im gorgeous by all my friends and I see guys looking at me when I go out but I just CANT see it! when I see my reflection in a mirror or window I get this scared feeling and I pretty much refuse to take pictures because I think I always look horrible in them! Im naturally really outgoing but Im scared that when I do things that get attention people will look at me and see all my flaws! I need help! does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help myself?! Its taking over my life!

I know that cinco de mayo means May-5, and this date was when french army commanded by Napoleon, when to figth to mexico, because, when Benito Juarez was president in mexico, mexico have a lot of debts whit other countries then he said. . . . . ok. mexico won't gonna pay to nobody, then frech army come to figth. . . . . . and etc etc.

but if rhis is a mexican celebration why americans celebrate more that mexicans?

i'm mexican and that is not enougth big in mexico like here in USA. . . . . .almost I have seen a lot of people chineses, Japaneses, Russians and more in this celebration and they not even know what it means
