No.............I believe as long as you clarify the term 'watching'. As this is one of those glass half full/half empty things, you should add 'I believe...and end in....over you, to keep you safe' if that's the message you want to convey. Also if this doesn't sink in, tell them your glad this is so....or something a long those lines. You should be able to gauge their patterns and perceptions by their reply, behavior and body language. If your worried that they took it the wrong way, ring say you'd been thinking about it give them the opportunity to tell you what they understood. You just need to be specific and don't worry - they'll pick up on it, then you could have a glass half empty situation. People will react to how you deliver information..well that's what I've found, often if your uncomfortable they will be too. In short deliver it like it's a good thing, be specific and convey the true meaning, and follow up for your own piece of mind. Apart from telling someone close to the person your concerns that's all you can humanly do. Whether they believe in God or not, you do, your trying to comfort someone by sharing with them what helps you. It's the underlying message your trying to convey that may get distorted and perceived as the hard push, so don't forget 'I believe..'. Your message should be 'I care about you and want you to feel safe when you think your alone'. Your lending them your belief system, it's up to them to decide if they want it or not..it's always about the sentiment behind the statement that will be absorbed not always the subject matter. Not sure if that's what you need, but that's what 'I believe'.

I yes , I think this would be wrong! paranoids think everyone is listening and watching them as it is, Throwing God, into the mix, might just be what pushes them over the edge, never to return, gone for ever from this wonderful reality to that padded room of the NUT HOUSE!

They are probably well aware of that.

Shepherds and a maid delineating an inscription on a tomb, a tomb near Rennes-le-Chateau? Oooer. There was nothing inside it and it no longer exists, so the secrets it held were no longer there.

Hahaha! One must be honest, right? Tell them God loves them, loves to watch them, and is watching them ALL THE TIME (wink, nudge)! That should do it.

It would be worse to tell them that God is no longer watching their back.

To what purpose? There's so much more that would benefit them.
