they knew he would veto! i do not like bush, but in this case, i actually agreed with his reasoning!!! the troops need all the financial help they can get these days! if the democrats hope to make any progress on iraq issue, they will have to wait until the elections, and hope they get elected so they can pull troops out! there seems to be nothing! they can do until bush is out! agreed? if not, what can the democrats do?

Ok, I am getting married in July of this year to my wonderful Fiancee, but she is insisting on being friends with her ex, who was her first for nearly everything.

She was adamant about not being friends with him up until a few days ago. She met with him for lunch one day without me knowing for 'closure'. She said she got the closure and didn't want anything to do with him. Now she wants to be friends with him again. He cheated on her before and tried to get her to back out with him through her grandparents.

I am not sure how to react here, I trust her and she says she is over him, but things have changed for her lately (she won't say) and she wants to be friends with him again. He is just looking for any edge to sneak in and steal her and she does not even see it. What do I do?

About 1 in 11 US households are "millionaire households" - have a million dollars or more in net worth excluding home equity. Average age of the head of such a household is late 50s.

About 1 in 4 have between $100K and $500K net worth excluding home equity. Average age early 40s.

The numbers in both groups are increasing rapidly - every year there are 3/4 of a million more millionaire households.

There ARE only 110 million households in the US.

CPI is only 2.5%. Home values are up but remember this is excluding home equity. And the number of households crossing the threshold in a year is just not consistent with the notion that it's inflation, that there was already this almost-rich class of people with $990 million and inflation put them over the top - nor is that what they report when surveyed.

That means they didn't use to be rich, which means it wasn't people who were already rich in 2003, 2000, 1981... who have benefited from lower taxes.

99 ford escort 70,000 miles on it. When going up slight inclines it spits and sputters. Actually whenever the engine has a slight load on it, like running the AC. There is a slight vibration at idle. If you can help me diagnose the problem I would greatly appreciate it.

My cousin's husband has been accusing her of cheating on him. Mind you, in the 11 years that they have been together he has not found any phone numbers, emails, letters, text messages or any other form of communication from another man. Recently he has accused her of crossing the fence and becoming lesbian. I told her that he is really loosing what little mind he had!!!! He has set up hidden cameras around their house and still nothing!!!! What is wrong with this fool?!!! Why is he trying so hard to find dirt on my cousin?
He has cheated on her in the past,.....and I told her to leave him then!!! BUT she was determined to stay and work it out. Somebody help stop the madness!!! By the way, I can't stand him and I think the air he inhales is a bad waste of oxygen!!!! I told her to go ahead and file for divorce and find a man that will trust her. Am I right or wrong??? I think she is getting to the point that she is fed up with this fool.

I am a Christian and I am NOT saying that we are Polytheists we believe in one God.

But Just wondering, you would think that the Muslims AND the Jews would hate the Christians more than anyone else?????

Or could it be that Muhammad understood the Trinity but just did not agree with it? Most Muslims on here claim that they cannot begin to understand it.

i right now live at home in iowa with my parents where i have lived my whole life iam planning to just pick up and move to denver for a couple of reasons

My friend had a bug attach itself to her side and it was 1/8 of an inch in diamater and was brown. She said it was a perfect circle besides it's head and it was hard like a beetle. She also said that the track around it spiraled kind of around the bug and it was red all the way. The only thing I could think of was a tick, but we looked that up and coudn't find anything that she said resembled it. So, we were wondering if anyone else might have some suggestions just in case it was dangerous?
