I love growing herbs and I found one called lemon balm...I am not sure what recipes it would be good in or how to use it ....Please give me any ideas..ty

Great stuff- Lemon Balm! It grows like a weed, & has lots of interesting uses. I've torn the leaves & added them to tea. it makes a good mosquito repellent (you crush the leaves in your hands- & then rub the lemon scent all over you. Bugs hate it!) It makes your hands smell nice after you've been handling something smelly (like onions). It looks nice planted among your annuals (and again- insects won't go NEAR the stuff- so your flowers will be protected too...) ... And I can go on & on... ... One note of CAUTION however; it's a perenial, & grows very quickly -so it's pretty invasive & can "take over" your herb garden- if you let it. Other than that- no garden should be without it. :)
