Flip Flops definatly, you gotta make sure they don't fall off! I love running in heels, I perty good at it too!

Definitely flip-flops. If you can walk in heels, you can run in them, however with flip-flops, you have to worry about them coming off or breaking.

What how high are the heels and what's the surface area of them? If they're not thin and stiletto-like then flip flops!
