I love the fact that I am a nerd, and I am a firm believer in the fact that everyone has a nerdy side. What makes you nerdy?

It is entirely too self righteous to assume that this indicates an old soul and this doesn't. We are all different. So, again, assuming you believe in the soul, would early man have had a soul? I think; of course. Anything that breathes has a soul. In other words, I have no doubt that my cat has a soul.

In Buddhism the idea is to acheive enlightenment. Right? Well, how do you know if you are progressing or stagnant? Is there any way to know while you are still here on this side?

Whats the normal age for walking my daughter is 10 mths old she pulls her self up but won't walk or stand without holding on to things she has a big vocabulary but walking i don't think is ever gonna happen

I, as an adult who suffers from depression, think they need to make the distinction -- especially with teenagers. It's an important distinction for parents and doctors to make. Chances are, if you are depressed, suicide has at least crossed your mind and maybe you've spent enough time to fit the phrase "considered it". I think antidepressants probably make teens who are already thinking about it more likely to act upon this because they start feeling a little more energetic and ready to "do something" about their problems. Remember -- they are already depressed. They don't know the full range of options, so suicide is more likely.

over a year ago I fell for him when he held me till i slept because i was still upset about catching my x of a few years cheating(they r mutual friends)he at one point after that night told me i was'killing him'.I have heard his name throughout the year(we have mutual freinds)i finally called him and told him he was'eating me alive'he said it was mutual and he had no idea but he started seeing someone.so i told him to tell me to let it go and he said he cant,i ran into him a couple weeks after and we were like magnets and ended up kissing uncontrolably(we both had been drinking)i stopped him when i remembered his girlfriend,he continued to tell me how he wished he had known and brought up that night a year ago and how he had gained feelings from it,he said im the cutest girl alive.it has been over a month and no sign from him since.Can I do anything about me still liking him?Do i ever have a chance?

My son is sick . He has a doctors appointment today but was wondering maybe if someone has had this with there kids and give me a heads up . He's been running high fevers he has this weird rash all over his body his lips are sore and swollon he has a horrible sore throat and also with this rash his genitale area is reall swollon and flaming red in that area and the rash itself is from head to toe . Anyone have any clues ? My son is 4 years old don't know if this changes anything . Thanks

for some reason my breasts have started sagging loads in the last 3/4 months.The reason its concerning me is cos i'm only 24, most womens breasts don't start sagging until their late 30s or 40s. Could the fact that theyre quite big(34D/DD) have an effect? I've never been pregnant so that isn't why. I don't do much excersise either. I'm not sure why i'm letting it bother me, i just don't like how it makes my breasts look. It feels like they weigh more now than they did before and its harder to find clothes that makes by boobs look good. Have any women had this when they were young? I just feel like this should be happening in 15 years not now!

I have been dating this one guy for 9 months. I really do love him but he is treating me like crap. He lets people talk about me BAD! Should I get myself an early x-mas present, it the ps2 slim, and two games, I already have an xbox, but I really want 2 games they have only on there console. It would cost 200, bucks. The thing is that money could go to go to better things, , like a credit bill my mom ran up, by me paying some of her bills, or making sure I have enought money for a rainy day.

Things is I really want it and if I don't get that I'm getting two tattoos or a pet rat or beta fish.

So What do you think from a religious stand point?

i have a 96 s-10 blazer and seem to have a slight leak from the bottom of the radiator. it finally steamed out alot of fluid the other day. i cant find the leak though. there are 2 points that stick out of the bottom, one on the left side and one on the right, that have a cross in the middle of them. they sit in a rubber washer so i guess they just support the radiator? the leak seems to come from the one on the left. anyone know about this? wheres the drain plug? and since the whole thing is plastic do i have to replace the whole thing? does anyone know where a diagram of the radiator is? thanks in advance.

I have a concern and maybe some of you can help me. I have been in chronic pain and out of work for months now. It started in January when I went to see my regular Doctor who felt I had carpal tunnel. She referred me to an orthopedic who agreed so then referred me to a Neurologist. This Neurologist said it wasn't carpal tunnel. He ordered some MRI's to rule out MS. Then before even looking or discussing the MRI's with me...he diagnosed me with thoracic outlet syndrome and started doing nerve blocks and trigger point injections. He said this was all work related so I filed workmans comp and got an attorney. WEll...nothing he did helped...actually I am much worse than I was in January. I'm really scared. I pulled my MRI report that shows some problems in my cervical spine. 2 Herniated discs, straightening of the lordosis and spondylosis (degenerative disc disease). THis was never brought to my attention! Now what do I do? Did he screw up and make things worse? what a mess

Why do women have to wear scarf in muslim countries?
If it is not to take the attention of opposite sex then i think men should start wearing scarf too. because as well as men, women are human being too and they can be affected as well.
