for some reason my breasts have started sagging loads in the last 3/4 months. The reason its concerning me is cos i'm only 24, most womens breasts don't start sagging until their late 30s or 40s. Could the fact that theyre quite big(34D/DD) have an effect? I've never been pregnant so that isn't why. I don't do much excersise either. I'm not sure why i'm letting it bother me, i just don't like how it makes my breasts look. It feels like they weigh more now than they did before and its harder to find clothes that makes by boobs look good. Have any women had this when they were young? I just feel like this should be happening in 15 years not now!

my mums 46 and hers have only just started sagging and we're the same size. My sis is only 17 so i don't think hers have yet! I've though about having a breast lift, not necessarily to make them bigger or smaller, just to bring the shape back into them. I can't afford it though- maybe if i stopped smoking....

It is soooo normal!!! I am the same size!! I am 25!! SAME PROBLEM!! Just make sure you are always wearing a bra! Don't walk around your house or do ANYTHING without your bra! The only time I dont wear one is to bed, but I still wear a cami with a built in bra. Another thing that helps is a firming lotion, like suave or jergens. I rub that on them, with a mix of vitamin e. And yes, excersize is a must. build up a little breast muscle, and it will help a lot. Make sure you wear a good fitting sports bra! Most women you see on tv, or walking around, if they dont have sagging boobs, but they have big breasts, then they are FAKE!! There is NO WAY that we can have big boobs, and NOT have them sag a little. Don't think its not normal hun. BELIEVE ME!! NO SAG=FAKE SAG=REAL lol

I'm a 36DD and my breast started to sag when I was a sophomore in high school. I'm 25 now and it's very unpleasant and unsightly but the only thing to help is either a lift, or a good bra. I mean a good supportive bra not something flimsy and sexy. Go for the gusto and expect to put some money into it. Without having it corrected with surgery ...with a good bra you wouldn't know but when the bra comes off the problem is there. Just something to deal with. Don't feel bad ...you're not alone

Big breasts could be the reasons you are sagging, no matter what age you are.

I know I had some very sagging breasts that got fixed with a breast reduction with lift, which you could look into especially if you are having back pain.

The fact that they are that big is prolly a reason for the sagging. It could also be genetic, does your mother, sisters, or grandmother have this problem? Also, the only thing you can really do about it is either surgery, or just deal with it with a big supporting bra

Most women's breast start to sag in their teen years, NOT in their 30s or 40s. That's a lie.

It's all genetics, the size and the elasticity of your skin.

Go to a good bra fitter. Most likely it is because you have
had some bras that did not do their job. You are right; it's kind of early! you might want to consider breast reduction
surgery ( down to a c)
