Should I get myself an early x-mas present, it the ps2 slim, and two games, I already have an xbox, but I really want 2 games they have only on there console. It would cost 200, bucks. The thing is that money could go to go to better things, , like a credit bill my mom ran up, by me paying some of her bills, or making sure I have enought money for a rainy day.

Things is I really want it and if I don't get that I'm getting two tattoos or a pet rat or beta fish.

So What do you think from a religious stand point?

take care of your needs first and wants after that.
You need good credit. So get that taken care of first.

I suggest the Tattoos, and the rat. A rat costs like about 2 bucks, and 20 for the cage. It's totally worth it, they are full of love. Don't get a female though, I did. They ship all the rats in one crate, so some of the females are pregnant when they arrive at the pet store, and my 2 rats turned into 10, 3 weeks after I bought them.

There is no religious standpoint here, unless it is about being a good steward of the things you have (in this case: your finances, by paying off debts. Scripture says "neither a borrower nor a lender be"). I however would reccomend that you go ahead and get it. It may prevent you from going out and doing something that can get you in trouble, if you are at home on the game. Seems like so many of them take a lot of time these days.

Hope this helps...

From a purely religious standpoint I would say ....this has no religious bearing on anything. How about instead of using good money for self gain, you give it to a local group that feeds or clothes the needy. After all, do you really need any of those things?

help your mom out! you know she'll remember how good of a son you are--plus its almost mothers day. get the PS3 for x-mas
dont get the tattoos or the rat because it is difficult for them to exude perfection permanently. the fish would be a cool thing to get for now though.

Put your money toward the eternal purpose God has given you. Then you can be assured you are being a good steward.

Just do it!

From religious stand-point... *you'll need to be a hypocrite to understand them.*
