I made the following recipe and it just didn't rise. It was sort of sunken in the center. What's up??

1/4 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup flour
5 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinammon

I thought that only citizens could vote. Does anyone else find it disquieting that we have some state governments that want to allow illegal persons to vote on ideas and initiatives that will affect US, natural citizens. I am all for someone leaving their country and coming here, but I want them to do it LEGALLY. Nothing should be given to illegals for free- if they are here then they should pay at higher rates- I am meaning schools, medical care, everything should be higher.

I didn't winterize my gas in my boat this year. I have a force 85hp outboard and my gas tank is 3/4 full. Will that gas hurt my outboard? Or even work? Will adding fresh fuel help?

I've a jewel rekford 120 40X15X12 120 Litres:
Fish: 11 just small tropicals eg: guppys, swordtails,3 " plec , and a pair of small kribs..
Ok tanks been up and running for around 8 weeks ive had no problem for the first 6 weeks, now bang super high Nitrite its around 5.0 - 6.0 ppm (mg/L)
ammonia is virtually 0
Nitrate between 0 - 5.0 ppm
PH 7.4

My tap water source has 0 Nitrite as expected and is treated with safe water before using to remove any chlorine or cholramines etc ...
As soon as the tanks full after the 50% water change the Nitrite shows off the scale again when tested ..
I dont over feed just enough to be consumed within a couple of minutes twice a day and the fish seem happy and nothing is gasping for air,no tight fins to body etc etc .
Tank has a few plastic plants rock formations a little slate and two small pot flowerpots, i've an additional air supply going into the tank as well as the large jewel filtration system as standard. HELP :(

As a child I have gone through a lot of trauma that I believe has affected me in a bad way. I was sexually molested at a very young age by my moms boyfriend, her later husband physically abused me and beat me. I was then put on medications to treat ADD. Riddling I believe is what it was called. I would not gain weight, I was very skinny and always emotional, and crying. I would get beat more because of this. My mom would not believe me when I told her of all these things that have happened and are happening. Then after their divorce she was fine with me and my two other siblings. We moved a lot, and I found it harder and harder to make new friends. Well I stopped taking riddling and I was doing just fine without them. I did get in trouble a lot with authorities and teacher during my middle school and high school years. When I did my last move while in school it was the worst. Everybody loved me then hated me, I stopped being myself cuz I did not fit it. I tried hard to please my mom.

The indians made up folk stories about why things happened. as did the spaniards. things such as "why does the toad have spots?" were made into fictional stories that seem very out of the ordinary, with miracles happening left and right. I get into a lot of fights with believers in god, so tell me plase: is the bible not the same as these folk stories? is the idea of gods not just an attempt to explain how things got here? what better origin of life than a greater diety, who will one day come to save us all. Apart from that, God is taking his sweet time getting down here. If you look at the world we have now, many of you will notice that he is way overdue for a visit. How, again, do you explain that many cultures have different gods? and if god is so damn peaceful, why are so many holy wars carried out in his name? thank you in advance for the answers, i look forward to being proved wrong.

My computer makes the system noises and all that, like the noises when you shut down, click on something, etc, but i cant listen to music or videos on the internet or whatever. Can anyone help me with this, or is there somewhere i can download a " sound device"


I get this message when trying to play music:

I have a friend whos dog got into some fish and she says that you dont have to take it to the vet because they have stuff you can buy to get rid of salmonella so she bought some kind of powdered antibiotics from a feed store to give to him. Does she have to take it to the vet or can she just give him the stuff she bought? please someone who is a vet or someone who knows alot about this from experience answer this question so i can tell her to do the right thing. The reason I say this is because it will never change. I read a lot of garbage on here about racism, and it pisses off the other race and they talk crap right back. It is just a never ending cycle. Don't you see when someone puts a racist comment on here about another race the other person gets pissed about the comment and add there own. That really makes no sense. You are getting mad at the racist comment, but your come back is another racist comment. What's the point of getting mad at racism if you are going to do the same thing.

My cousin's pit just had ten pups. He took them about 2 days later and yesterday she started bleeding black stuff from her vagina and looks like she is dying...literally. Aside from the atrocity of taking the babies so young, can anyone guess whats wrong with her? Is it another pup stuck inside? He's afraid to take her to the vet so the poor thing is laying there in agony.

My cousin's husband takes care of his parents. They live about 10 miles away from them. She also helps take care of them.

Her husband has a twin sister. She lives about 2000 miles away in Florida. She does come and visit her parents 3 to 4 times per year. She does not do much to take care of them. She treats it more as a vacation.

Her daughter is graduating from High School next month and she wants her parents to come for the graduation. She wants them to stay for 2 weeks with her in Florida. My cousin's husband will accompany them on the plane journey since the parents are old and need assistance traveling.

My cousin told her husband that if he went and stayed at his sister's house with his parents, she would divorce him and change the locks on the house when he was gone. She says that he never spends time with her. Yet, he has time for his parents.

Wasn't her reaction too strong?
