I am from New York and I thought it was a joke when rumors circulated that this ex-mayor was running for president simply because of his lack of experience. I am a democrat and I thought he was a fine mayor, but how could he possibly be a good president?

I'm not trying to start a fight here, I honestly want to know what Giuliani supporters' rationale is. I have a feeling people like him only because of his great media coverage post-9/11, but does this guy have any other qualifications? Are republicans just looking for the 'anti-Bush'?

I know we women are great but honestly there is so much pettiness among women that it drives me up the wall sometimes. I think thats why I have more male than female friends.

1. Calculate teh theoretical number of moles of hydrogen gas produced.

2. I understand this one.

3. Use the combined gas law to convert the measured volume of hydrogen to the volume the gas would occupy at STP.

4. Divide the volume of hydrogen gas at STP by the theoretical number of moles of hydrogen to calculate the molar volume of hydrogen.

5. What is the average value of the molar volume of hydrogen?

6. One mole of hydrogen gas has a mass of 2.02g. Use your value of hte molar volume of hydrogen to calculate the mass of one liter of hydrogen gas at STP. Thes is the density of hydrogen in g/L. How does this experimental value of the density compare with th

About six months ago I started to hear a voice in my head, and at first he was kind of a jerk, but then we became friends. I stopped hearing him awhile back and now I miss him. Any ideas on how to get him back, or am I better off this way?

I'm part of a homeschool co-op and at the start of the year we all are assigned hall monitor duty during the classes. I was assigned in the winter but since I knew I had chronic sinus problems that wasn't a good time for me. So I switched to the last day of school.

I learned I have a chronic painful bladder condition called IC a month ago. It is really painful and right now I am at times confined to bed due to the pain.

2 wks ago I contacted the head of the co-op about my condition and how I wouldn't be able to do the hall monitor job. She told me to find a replacement or pay a $25 fee. I contacted the woman in charge of hall monitor and she never got back to me. I emailed her 3 times and emailed the head of the group 3 times but neither let me know how I was to find a replacement.

So today the day before the co-op I finally get a hold of the head of the group by phone & told that no switching is allowed due to the the end of the school year.

running out of room . . .

Wondering how long it will take for prices to come down below sticker when the G37 comes out in late August. I'm also considering waiting for the Audi A5 (3.2L) so I can compare the two. I don't need a new car, I just want one, so I can wait...I think. Of course, it would be nice to have the G37 for a few months before we get winter weather here in the northeast. It remains to be seen which side of me will win out...the car jock that wants a new car ASAP or the practical side that says it's stupid to pay sticker. I can afford to pay sticker, I'm just not sure I want to.

Or vice versa?

Overall, I think more people need to be selfless -- be a giver than a receiver, practice random acts of kindness or even volunteer. In other words, they should think of others and not themselves. It just seems like we live in a self-centered society. People need to redirect their focus. What do you all think?

find the antiderivative of: x^2e^(x^3-1)dx
(pretend there is an integral symbol in front of that derivative)
so, the answer in my book is 1/3e^(x^3-1)+C
however, i do not understand why i have to multiply by the 1/3, or where the heck that comes from! any help is greatly appreciated! thank youuu!

John 3 Jesus speaks of being born again. What is your definition of being born again and by what process do you a Catholic believe a person becomes born again?

I live in an apartment complex in Georgia, I see dogs all the time without their leashes and don't complain. Tonight I let my dog out for a second to do his business and my neighbor was coming back from a walk with his dog and both the dogs went at it. Granted, I was in the wrong, but I don't appreciate the neighbor yelling at me the way he did as I never normally go without my leash. We also have a neighbor who ALWAYS never puts on their dogs leash and he never yells at THAT dog. He threatened to call the cops on me. Can he do that? I thought that since apartments were technically private property cops can't handle that kind of thing...any opinions are appreciated...thanks. PS-after a few other problems i've had with this apartment complex, i'm probably moving anyway in the fall so won't be dealing with him much longer. (after living here a year and a half)

I have heard it said by those who work in a crematorium, that when a body is cremated, there are small "grease" fires from the fat and tissues being burned, melted, "cooked" if you will. It stinks and causes a huge mess, so how could a body just turn to ashes like the claims make? I've seen documentaries on this subject, fascinating, but not believable. Is it possible? Am I wrong to doubt the possibility?

Help!!
Just returned from Mexico last week. Last week of November 2006, came upon a kitten less then two weeks old. A truly bonding experience, what with bottle feeding, stimulation, potty training, ect. She's truly a sweetheart.
Neeners has rarely been out of our sight 24/7 since, but has been in other's company a few times. We are now in BC.
Neeners nipples are HUGE. I have yet to take her to the local vet (though she did get all shots required while in Mexico.)
She's very tiny still and I am a little concerned that she may be preggers...I know NOTHING ABOUT THIS... Anyone know about extremely swollen nipples in a 5-6 month old? Could she be pregnant?
Thanks in advance for any advice,
mam23......xoxo

They said something about professional news writers should not use "it" to refer to an animal. This is wrong because they should know enough to not refer to animals as inanimite objects. Should Yahoo answers adopt a similar policy in its community guidelines?
