This is an intelligent, health-conscious race that has been around for thousands of years. They have developed wonderful Chinese medicines, acupuntcure for pain management and are obviously concerned as to what food they put in their bodies. We Westerners are always told that brown rice is so much better for you, yet all dishes in Chinese restaurants are accompanied by white rather than brown rice and white rice is the main staple in their diet. If brown rice is supposedly healthier, why do Chinese people overwhelmingly favor white?
