some cats are very territorial. did you touch the kittens at all after they were born? sometimes cats can smell the human scent and will kill their kittens. Siamese cats seem to be more aggressive anyway. but you shouldn't touch baby kittens until their eyes are open and they are leaving there bed

alot of animals when they have babies.. if they think something is wrong with their babies often times they will eat them.
this is because in the wild.. sick animals mean the species is weak.. animals want the strongest babies they can have to ensure the species will live on. So in order to make sure the strong babies survived they will eat the weak ones.

often times a male cat will eat the baby male cats.. because he does not want competition later on. that is why its a good idea to keep tom cats away from a new born litter for a while..

its usually from stress.
if you handled the kittens or if there were other animals around, or if you disturbed them too much or the room was too noisy, the mother cat can get stressed and this will cause her to kill her kittens.

sometimes also the mother cat will kill any kittens with abnormalities. however, if she killed more than one it was more likely to be from stress.

I'm so sorry. There may have been something wrong with the kittens that you couldn't see.
I'd suggest you have her spayed so she can't have any more kittens.
