It's early on in my exercising and eating healthy stage (I just started last Monday) but I feel like I am eating too much! I eat a big breakfast :
1-2 pieces of turkey bacon
1 slice of 7 grain toast w/ strawberry jam
Kashi cereal w/ banana
and then lunch varies, and I eat carrots and apples for snacks, or whole wheat bread with peanut butter
dinner usually consists of chicken, a vegetable, salad, lean meats
and plenty of water
why do you i feel like i am eating too much? this trying to lose weight stuff is really discouraging, i feel like i won't lose it. i know it takes time, trust me. i understand that, i just have a hard time knowing i will be able to lose the weight.
