Politics & Sports Poll?

Question

Just for general interest I was wondering if one political party enjoys certain Sports/Leisure activities more than others. I am focusing only on Democrats and Republicans and what I consider to be popular sport/leisure activities. Please respond to which party your identify with and rank the sports in order of interest.

Basketball
Baseball
Hockey
Soccer
Water Skiing
Snow Skiing
Golf
Hunting
Boating
Bowling

Interesting question.

This probably breaks down to demographics. For example, hunting and fishing traditionally are enjoyed in rural areas, which have been traditionally Republican. Basketball fans tend to be more urban, which would lean it to the Democrats. (Of course, NBA ticket-holders probably are more affluent than the population as a whole, which might tilt it the other way.)

Soccer has been a suburban sport in recent years, so it's sort of up for grabs. Golf, tennis, skiing and swimming again are more available to the affuent and thus tend Republican.

Football and baseball probably are big enough not to lean one way or another.
