i can't remember the name of the hot sauce, all I know is it was made out of habenero peppers and it was so hot I thought I was going to throw up.
the hottest food would be the chicken and rice dish a friend from Pakistan would bring me--I have no idea what was in it and I forgot what he called it, but it would make my nose run, my eyes water and my mouth feel like it was actually on fire. But it was so good...rosemary chicken or something. It had a lot of rosemary in it.

Hot braised fried chicken from Tien Tsien in Chicago. My lips actually developed blisters.
The hottest commercial hot sauce I have tasted was Scorned Woman, a habanero based hot sauce.

Habanera Sauce. Will never have again. I use the teensiest amount of powdered habanera peppers in Empanadas, but the spice vs. meat ratio is such that it doesn't burn anybody's mouth.

I have eaten very spicy chicken wings....from m&m's or you can go to Shoeless Joes and ask for the hot wings!! Why do you want to burn your mouth off...you will with Shoeless Joes' chicken wings!!!!
