There might be a chance that he has a fetish. Whether or not he does or not, keep in mind that taking the tickling away may do the opposite of what you want. Chances are his fetish will only grow if he is denied it. My advise is to allow him to tickle you, but let him know tickling is fun, but there are many other things which are fun. Try to teach him perspective. For example, if he has a thing for your feet, you may want to acknowledge that but say something like, "my feet are fine...as far as feet go." Good luck, and if anything you may have a good time with his tickle sessions.
