I know some beverages like Kool-Aid and flavored waters still give me the benefit of drinking water, but sodas and teas do not. So what drinks can I have that won't take away from my daily amount of water? Sparkling waters?

I read an article recently on WebMD that anything you drink- even sodas and teas, contribute to your daily water intake; along with certain foods with high water content (like fruits, broth based soups and veggies). I also read that the old "8 glasses a day" is a bit outdated- just drink when youre thirsty and youll be fine.

Dont get me wrong, water is better to drink than soda and is the best choice for quenching thirst because of its health benefits (tea may come in at a close 2nd). Im just saying that you dont necessarily need 8 glasses a day.

Well, besides the obvious alternative, there are plenty flavored waters on the market. My personal favorite is Vitamin Water.

I also enjoy vitamin water. I also like Aquafina Sparkiling water. It has zero calories zero carbs and really low sodium with a great taste and it also comes in many different flavors.

the ordinary length cup is 8 oz.. approximately 2 cups could fill a standard length glass, which might make sixteen oz.. 2 cups = a pint. 4 cups = a quart. 4 quarts = a gallon they're suppposed to instruct this in elementary college. What grade are you in??? does not suprise me once you're a extreme college graduate, with the unhappy state our faculties are in, in usa now!
