Buy a drinkable yogurt called "Kefir". It's sold in refrigerated section in health food section.
It has naturally occurring digestive enzymes in it.
I also think if we pulled our troops out of Iraq, gas (prices) would reduce!!

Avoid eating foods high in fiber. Beans/legumes are also something you want to avoid. Anything that may aggravate your bowels(such as spicy food) should be avoided.
If you dont want to avoid them, just use Gas-X or maalox(with antigas) after you eat.

TRY MAKING SURE YOU EAT DAILY ENZYMES, THESE WILL HELP TO PROPERLY DIGEST DIFFERENT FOODS. IT'S LACK OF PROPER DIGESTION OF DIFFERENT FOODS THAT CAUSES GAS.
WHEN YOU EAT BEANO IT HELP TO DIGEST CERTAIN BEANS, ETC.
