i want to tone my body but also add "alittle" more muscle...

i was going 74 in a 65 then i went through a reduction sign to 55 and the officer clocked me there and gave me a ticket of going 74 nin a 55 doesent he have to give me so far beyond the sign to slow down or was this a trap and what can i do about it

My friend always complaints that he has loose motion. He has shown to many doctors but ,no improvement. Then he has started Homeopathic medicines. For few days he remained OK, but again loose motions are disturbing him. one doctor had said there might be infection in liver. Any suggestion?
