Yes, but not always possible to actually be with them. Met on "answers" became friends and accidentally fell in love....Problem I live in the USA and him in England and for many reasons we can't move. However, he is still my best friend..."you don't need physical touch to love someone when they have touched your heart" Funny out of all the messages I received that week his was the one I wasn't sure about responding to but now he's the only one I still talk to. He has been my rock while going through a tough divorce and bitter custody battle and I have been his through many problems as well. We love each other but have realized we can never be together. In May it will be a year since we have became friends......BTW, we don't cyber sex we both feel that is wrong...We have a strong emotional connection based on true friendship and love for the person through sharing of feelings, good and bad times etc.....

Good Question, You tell me? Maybe is my answer;
I have had 5 Cyber marriages and one cyber divorce, since 1995. I have met 3 in persons from cyber chats in person,(one in Belgium) and 2 in the USA. One person in my same state and one while on vacation in another USA State. I been offered a proposal of marriage a total of 12 times since 1995.
I felt that I did sincerely loved two of them and could have been happily married to at least 7 of them. But I am still unmarried legally and have not dated any one in 7 years. One dear Cyber friend died, one evenigng after our chat. He was 37 years old.
I look good, feel good. And I have found something in life better than human love. That would be Jesus Christ and the Spiritual love, I recieve!!
I have been grossly deceived 2 times. One time it deception by an 82 year old gentleman, Australian who has a very sick wife in the next room while he chatted. The other one was about 500 lbs. He is the one whom I love that died.
I have continued to communicate with three ex-Cyber-love guys (and have remain friends) over the years. I am not looking for love anymore.
"Many proclaiming cyber sex and loves, only want the new sex options. There are fundamental difference between cyber sex and real life sex with little chance that the fantasizing person may actually be met in real life.
Conversely, cyber sex involves two people having a real-life conversations; there is an actual person on the other end of the computer line. Emotional bonds are easily created after sharing this type of experience with someone and thereby the person at the other end of the computer line, becomes even more human. This new-found connection can be believed to be areal life relationship." But , if he or she feels betrayed, even in Cyber space, how are you effected? I believe it is cheating if they chat with others..So it is the emotional bond that one creates with the person on the other end of the computer line that cause one to feel love. Then there is the answer. So, I must admit that there is a tendency for relationships to develop at a greatly accelerated pace in the online world. And some may think that they are in love.

Hell yeah!! It's definitely possible!
I married my "internet boyfriend" after knowing him for 5 years, and "being together'' for 2 years, and we got married in March....and he lives 20,000 miles away.
I wasn't even looking for a relationship. I used the Internet only to chat and make friends. Finding this love was totally unexpected, but yeah, this is definitely true love for both of us. And I don't care what anyone says about it. I used to be cautious too.
It might not work out for everyone, though.

I would say no, but you never know who you can meet.
Anything really is possible but I doubt you can find a completely truthful soulmate on the internet.

I don't know, but it surely is risky.
I could be a hatchet murderer for all you know. Or just a loser.
