I just do not get along with my father-in-law (FIL). For many years, over slightest arguments he has always asked his daughter to separate from me. The man hates me deep down. I believe it might have to do with my parents coming from a very simple middle-class background. The FIL has brought up his daughter in loads of cash.
I am doing very well, have highest level of education from Ivy League schools . But the man is ex-colonel from military and is very controlling. He is extremely diplomatic and cunning too, I feel. But he loves his daughter
My wife is also very high maintenance (emotionally and financially). Even one complaint from her to my FIL and the bastard gets on my case. Eventually, we separated for one year, filed for a divorce and got back together again after withdrawing the divorce petition. However, this has resulted in extreme anger in my mind for my FIL, giving me chest-pains. I dont even talk to him. Now my wife is mad at me becos I didnt wish him on his BDay.

Seems like they never do anything nice unless they benefit from it in some way or if its very convenient for them. They seem like they don't care about others at all... not even their own families. They care about what people can do for them, but not about the people. I just don't like how they charm you until your hooked then turn around and blow you off. They just use people and only give if they have to, but never out of genuine careing for others. They often don't fully commit in relationships because commitment gets in the way of their selfish needs. Am I right? Why are they like this? They always seem like such nice people at first.
Not to generalize, but this has been my experience.

I am trying to find something to make my reception a little more "decorative" and I like the idea of the gossamer because the ceiling is hideous and I like paper lanterns but I think they would draw too much attention to the ugly ceiling. Would it look too tacky if I had both? What else could I use for ceiling decoration?

Ok.
You know how in books they try not to leave any empty spaces without words. And the way they do that is by splitting words in half in order to have every sigle line with words, right?
Like for example in this website there is a book that does that:

Note that this author tried not to leave many blank spaces without words. So in that website there will be a book. Look for the phrase "THEY ARE INSTRUMETAL" and you would see that they split the word "INSTRUMENTAL".
My question:
How can get my computer to automatically do that when I'm writing? In my Microsoft Windows.
