What are the conduct rules between let's say a gym employee (Bally's, 24 Hour Fitness etc) and their client. Is it or is it not okay for a personal trainer to date his/or her client? Does anyone know the answer to this. Thanks

It's just a trainer ,
They are not psychiatrists or clergy who are counseling about problems .
Trainer is on the same level as a Macy's employee and a shopper ,
Date away . . .

Not okay.

I would say rule of thumb, anyone you are paying for a service you shouldnt date. Not too professional on his part. If you really like him, maybe get a different trainer....

No real ethics involved here, I don't think. I know my former boss started seeing her personal trainer after she divorced. At least I think she was divorced... :)
