I went to the same middle school with some girl, and a while ago she came up to me and was like hey i you went to the same junior high as me! So we talked a bit and had agood time. Ever since we've always said hi in the halls. Even when shes walking and talking with one of her friends she always smiles and says hi.

A while ago i tried to step things up and i would be like hey we should totally go for lunch or something like that and shed always be like yeah for sure but nothing ever ended up happening. eventually asked her to go to some school event on a weekend and she said she couldn't because her cousin was in town. we still say hi just like we used to but im a bit embarassed now and i don't know what to do from here. it seems like im the only one that wants to take things further, and i dont know how to lead in. any ideas?? by the way she is a year younger than me.

My fiance is in the military and we are getting married in Vegas in 2 weeks, what are the odds that we would get an upgrade on our room, at no cost if we mention that we are there to get married, and have our honeymoon? Of all the hotel/casino's I've checked out, none of them mention that there is a military discount...just wondering. Thanks ahead of time!

My boyfriend and I have been together for a long time. We have a great relationship except this porn viewing problem. He has lied to me over and over about it to the point where I dont trust him with it. I am so used to being lied to and upset when I found out he was looking at it again...but now its happend so many times, I am just numb to it. It still hurts me but isnt that important as it was, just the fact he lies over and over. Well, like I said despite that, I love him and we are talking about marriage. Do you think if (once) we get married, will this viewing of it stop because I will be there 24/7 or not? I already give him anything plus more when it comes to sex, ive never denied anything to him. I have heard of husbands sneaking to look at it, just wondering if being married and having a family would change that. Im not sure it would, but I dont know..Thank you

I like to think of myself as usually being pretty tolerant towards others opinions, but I (like everyone) have flaws. I can normally understand both sides of an issue and realize the merit behind why a person feels a certain way.

But I know there are some people who don't act the same. Pro-lifers, for example, might view pro-choicers as being murderers, whereas pro-choicers view pro-lifers as being nazis - or some other nonesense. That's the reality of who we are - we tend to vilify those that we disagree with.

I was wondering, do you tend to be tolerant or understanding towards others who have different views than you? Do you have many friends who have differed beliefs?
