Try reading his biographies, O'hara Publications published a lot of those. Bruce trained as much as he could every day, not just fighting skills but strength training and endurance training as well, he lifted weights and ran a mile every chance he could. As for career choice, he started out as a martial arts teacher, then branched out into Movies and Television to earn more money and to reach a wider audience in promoting the martial arts. He graduated from college in Seattle with a degree in Philosophy.
