1st meal-honey nut cheerios with 2 glasses water
2nd meal-fruit and chicken with some green vegetable thing
3rd meal-special k protein drink,south beach diet high protein bar,and 5 roasted almods
4th meal-banana,beef,4 pieces of potato their very small and 2 glasses water
exercise-burned 100 calories treadmill and ab and leg exercises

i'm on diet..yesterday i had an oat bar..quite big..i'm wondering if it's ok if i have some drinks or food there..any good suggestions about the low calories food there?

Three years ago after i was cheated on by the father of my child I became suicidal. I have always suffered with depression and I voluntarily checked into a mental health unit for 12 weeks to be assessed. I was diagnosed with an adjustment disorder leading to a nervous breakdown. Has this happened to anyone else? What led up to it and did anyone ever give you advice about coping with it?

I have a very obvisous mole right above my top lip, and right now I hate it. do you think I should get rid of it or can I learn to like it.
