starbucks food and drinks are calorie-wise?

i'm on diet..yesterday i had an oat bar..quite big..i'm wondering if it's ok if i have some drinks or food there..any good suggestions about the low calories food there?

how about the drinks? is there any good taste beverage with less calories? (i know tea is 0 calorie..but it's too bland)
