yeah, probably. I'm losing a lot of weight, I'll tell you how. For breakfast everyday, I have Rasin Brain( if you eat regular cheerios, you'll loose more weight ) for lunch, I have a sandwich with wheat bread, and for dinner, I have chicken( 1 and a half pieces ) and for any snacks, I have skim milk or a protein bar. I run around outside with my dog everyday, and I don't use the computer until after 8:30 at night. I lost about 5 pounds in a month using this.

Well with exercising you may gain muscle which will cause weight gain, AT FIRST, except the muscle will be replace the fat, end results more muscle, better looking body. Just be safe that sounds like a decent meal, but you may want to throw in more fruit for snacks it is good to eat at least six small meals a day and sometimes fasting for three can help you get back on track with eating in the case that you stray from diet.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You got it all wrong. Here's how you lose calories.

Take your weight. If you're a male, multiple it by 11, if you're female multiply it by 10.

With that number, multiply it by 1.5 if you are an active person or multiply it by 1.3 if you are not an active person.

This is how many calories you should be eating in a day.

Now, you want to lose weight, so we will subtract 500 calories.

If you eat this many calories in a day, you will lose weight at the rate of 1 pound a week. If you increase exercies, you should see even more weight coming off.

Good luck!

IF you keep it up you will cerainly lose weight. i don't know if it will be what you want by June, though. Keep the lean proteins and fresh foods, and get rid of the simple carbs (like potatoes and pasta) and go to complex carbs (like whole grains). Lots of water and juice, and no refined sugars. You might want to try to get a little more exercise in...you know, some cardio. Something that gets your heart rate up for at least a half an hour three or four times a week will benefit you greatly!

Nope. You're eating the wrong stuff. Try Weight Watchers and if you really follow it, you'll lose the weight by June 1 no prob. Cheerios have tons of sugar, protein drinks and bars are high in caloires as are almonds, potatoes are full of carbs and you're not getting enought water.

What you should do is sign up for Spark People. It is completely free, and there, you input your height and weight, and log everything that you eat. It will let you know what caloric requirements are best for you, as well as healthy carb levels, protein, and fat. You can also track your exercise and how many calories you burn. It is a very easy to use and helpful site. I love it!

It really depends on how much you weigh. I mean, if I went on this diet, I would GAIN weight, but in the form of muscle. Its the high calorie energy drinks and snack bars that are the problem, I think. They pack a lot of calories for things that arn't very filling. I lost a lot of weight by eating japanese food >_< (sushi, udon) and vietnamese food (pho, salad rolls)...I ate a lot of it because I had a temporary...addiction to them. I dropped from 112Lbs to 95Lbs....It didnt do ME much good, but other people may benefit.
