its a Star toplogy with a Switch. Any ideas of estimates for setup cost and about how long it takes per device?

Distance run/pre-formed or you make cables/Type of Server/Firewalls are pretty much negligible/
Hardware is mostly runing cables/ software is setting up server but both of these greatly depend on what type of system and the length and position of run (ceiling, walls, floor or just along the floor).

Well this is very much like... how much gas does it take to go from NY to LA.
It all depends.
It makes a big difference on your specific building and installation requirements. Are all 10 machines in the same room with drop ceilings, are they all in separate offices. Way too many variables to give you any correct answer.
If you want me to do it, I get 125/hr but then I probably don't live where you do so that number may be high or low depending on your area.

Any installer would have to be totally stupid to even guess a price without seeing the building.
