And its really bothering me cuz my hair keeps falling

I'm European, so please explain it to me as if I were a 5 year old American kid.

I see all the debate in this section about "Under God" in the Pledge.

This seems to be the text:
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

When do you use that? In what sorts of situations? And what really interests me: why does anybody use it? I just can't imagine myself being in one situation where I actually had to say something like that.

So, please help. Thanks in advance.

I have read and answered a question by a user called georgiegirl and it really offended me and alot of other people
i have my faith i do not attend a church but i do beleive in god but i do not feel the need to ram it down everybodys throate people are all intitled to there individual beliefs and should be left to get on with it some people believe some don t why make a big thing of it

I am making multiple batches of pretzel dough and all of the sudden the dough texture of the last batch changed dramatically- all of the ingredients are being weighed and measured so I dont think its that.

I just started a new job and I'm not eligible to contribute to 401k for a while and have an existing untouched one from old job. Can I roll this into a rollover IRA and still contribute my own money to it in the meanwhile and then roll it into 401k account once I become eligible at my new job? If not what options do I have to keep contributing since I will have 2 years before I can contribute via my new job?

Okay, I worded that badly but you know what I mean...
I have one I got when he was about 6 months old and he'd never been on a leash. He's extremely neurotic and hyper and he freaked when I put a collar on him. I want to have him neutered asap but when I put the leash on, he just cowers or fights it. Help!

week, it impacts the company, my co-workers and dozens if not hundreds of contractors. because i did not do what i was supposed to do, because i didnt follow up because i didnt go back and check, maybe cost the company a million dollars, maybe made us miss a deadline, maybe cost all of those contractors their jobs for a few weeks, all of those families with out a check because i didnt do what i was supposed to do.
why did i miss it was i overworked , overloaded? was it just that i didnt have the skills i need to ahave or didnt apply myself to the job.
geeze this sucks, why why why. i know that i am better than this, i know that i can do the job and that i have done the job much better than i am doing now.
i am so sorry that i didnt do what i was supposed to do, but i dont know how to fix it now either, you cannot just throw money on it, it takes time and time is the thing that we do not have. I do not know what i am supposed to do next.
