Is it me or does it seem like the United States is going in a downward spiral of horrific events? Do you think it has anything to do with our Commander in Chief ignoring the needs of his own country?

He seems to have a one track mind and that track leads young men and women to an early grave. Even with all the money he is throwing at the middle east, he has accomplished very few of his goals. Bin Laden is still alive, Al Qaeda still exists and seems to be stronger and where are Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction? It is probably a good thing he can't run in th '08 election.
