brake booster- should be a neck or fitting on the back of the carburator, if not you have to get one that will thread into it then you slip the booster hose over that.

vaccum mod.- look on the back on the intake for a fitting sticking straight up, once again one that the hose can go over, slip it on that.

distrib vac advance- look on the carb on the left side if standing in front of it, and look for small lines coming out of the side, pretty much If you can find one that the vac advance hose seats on good and tight you can use it as a vaccum advance line.

hope this helps

What kind of car and carb?
Usually the brake booster goes to either a fitting on the intake or at the back base of the carb, dist hose probably goes to a ported vacuum port on the carb...should be no vacuum at the port at idle and will have vacuum when you increase rpm's, the trans modulator hose should also attach to a fitting on the intake manifold but I'm not 100 percent sure but you could try it on one vacuum port and see how it shifts...if it doesn't upshift correctly, try another port etc.
Remember, some ports on a carb are " ported " that is, they have vacuum only at certain times when the throttle plates are open and some have vacuum only when the plates are closed and some have vacuum ports that match the intake manifold vacuum. Paul

Hi!
Take a look under the hood of the car for the VECI label. It is the Vehicle Emissions Control Information label that shows you the proper way to hook up your vacuum hosing.

You say your 350's tweaked. Is it by boring out the cylinders and installing larger pistons? If this is so, then your VECI label could guide you.
