Anytime a person visits a psychiatrist, that psychiatrist could be required to put that patient on a list that would ban gun shops from selling guns to the patient.

I do think that healthy people should be able to buy guns. Otherwise, criminals will be able to buy guns on the black market while good people would be disarmed.

I'm asking this question because my husband is one of them. People complain about how much space they use on the road, and how they need lots of room to turn. They get the goods to the stores so you can buy them. Trains, boats, and plains can only go so far and it's the truck drivers who actualy get them to the department stores. I'm asking people to give them a little respect and yeild to them on the road when needed. Some truck drivers abuse there right on the road I agree, but there are the few that drive by the rules. Do you think that the goverment should also notice truck drivers and help them out by asking them questions about how the law applies to them and what they can do to help make it easier for them to get the help from the labourboard when needed?
Please only responces that are positive please.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

If the Roman Catholic Church invented Indulgences to remove the punishment from sin (and collect monies), how can a mere human man on this earth remove the punishment from sin by allowing one to do good works when God, at His appointed time will ultimately be Judge and Jury over that person?

Did God ask man to invent a way to pay retribution? If so, where is it in the Bible?

I know that if we do something wrong we are to truly repent and confess our sins and God will forgive us. Total forgiveness is as if the event never happened, erased, gone. So why do you have to pay retribution through good works? I don't get it.

Or are the chances next to ZERO???

I imagine that more than a few amputees who also happen to believe in God have prayed hard, fervently and faithfully enough for their amputated limbs to grow back, and I'm pretty sure that HAS NEVER HAPPENED.

Why is that?

I really want a gixxer 750 or a Duke monster but I seriously doubt thats possible. My last bike was around 740mm seat height and not to wide. I was happily flat footed on her but because the bigger bikes are usually alot wider i dont think i could go too much higher before im on tip-toes.
How much room does lowering a bike via the suspension or a custom seat actually give you?

This law went into effect in Georgia approximately a year ago. Sad to say, I rarely see it enforced. I'm an EMT and I drive an ambulance. I can't even begin to say how many times people do NOT yield the right of way to me when I am at code 3 status (emergency). It's so simple...when approached by an emergency vehicle at code 3, you are supposed to move to the RIGHT by one lane to clear a path. What can we do to make people aware that we need them to obey this law? To me, people who do not obey this law are indirectly affecting a patient's care. It's dangerous enough to run an emergency without having to negotiate an obstacle course. I'd like to know the opinions of other EMTs...not just Georgia but all over. What do you think? What can we do?

I seriously avoid the sun. Okay so I'm paranoid about skin cancer. But I have fair skin and have a reunion coming up in August. I have a slight blue or greenish pale undertone...very pale undertone...to my skin. So ivory, white, and black don't look right on me, but the dress I'm totally in love with is ivory. I've tried self-tanners but they ALWAYS look orange no matter which brand I've tried (I've not tried the new Aveno but I don't expect anything different with that), and very patchy. So I'd like to go tanning in a salon. What is the BEST lotion to use (don't care about price for the lotion as long as it works the best), how long should I start to go for? How often? Any other suggestions anyone might have are appreciated!
